Who decides the order
Ticket positions and ticket wording come from the Gilded Pass editors and nobody else. No resort, operator, landlord or travel firm has handed over money for a place, a promotion or a gentler adjective, and reader bookings earn us nothing.
No gambling, in any shape
goldenbails.com neither operates nor advertises gambling, whether stakes are real or pretend, and it links to no such service. Casinos come up in our tickets only because they share a roof with the hotels under review.
Ink fades
Our descriptions of bedrooms, facilities, stages and services matched published sources on the day each ticket went to print, and some of it may already have moved on. Decisions made on the strength of these pages remain the reader's own.
Names and monograms
Every resort and brand name is the property of its holder. The monogram plates printed on each ticket are our own lettering exercise, not any resort's real logo.
